2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 in C.M.P.No.17691 of 2021.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 in C.M.P.No.17691 of 2021 has no objection for the petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
