This petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.358 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein to CBCID, Vellore for fair investigation.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.358 of 2014 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.14 of 2015 was also served to the petitioner on 07.03.2015.
