Respondents PRAYER. : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue 100 block of International Standard Book Number (ISBN) to the petitioners, in pursuant to their application dated 2016 within a time frame.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that 100 blocks of International Standard Book Number (ISBN) have been allotted to the petitioner and the second respondent had already issued one block of ISBN to the petitioner.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the respondents to issue 99 blocks of International Standard Book Number (ISBN) to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
