Crl.O.P.No.6068 of 2015 R.S.Ramanathan,J., This Petition is listed today under the caption, ''for being mentioned'', at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, in para No.3 of the order, dated 12.03.2015, passed in Crl.O.P.No.6068 of 2015, instead of stating that the final report has to be filed within 30.06.2015, the year has been wrongly mentioned as 2014. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the said error may be rectified.

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to delete the date 30.06.2014 in paragraph No.3 of the order, dated 12.03.2015, and incorporate the date as 30.06.2015, and issue revised copy of the order. 11.06.2015 sd
