This application has been filed to revoke the letters of administration granted in O.P.No.956 of 2007 on 06.08.2008.

2.The applicant would state that the petition property was owned by Srinivasa Mudaliar and he had no issues. By a family arrangement dated 01.04.2005, the said Srinivasa Mudaliar executed a partition deed in favour of the applicant's father Kothandarama Mudaliar and the applicant's cousin brother Raja. Despite the same, the respondents without impleading the applicants in the Original Petition obtained an order fraudulently. 3.Mr.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Will is a forged one and the applicant is having interest over the property.

cse 4.Despite service of notice on the respondents and the names of the learned counsel for the respondents are printed in the cause list, none appears on behalf of the respondents on 06.09.2019 and 18.09.2019 and hence the application is posted today (24.09.2019) under the caption "for orders". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
