This application has been filed to revoke the letters of administration granted in O.P.No.956 of 2007 on 06.08.2008.
2.The applicant would state that the petition property was owned by Srinivasa Mudaliar and he had no issues. By a family arrangement dated 01.04.2005, the said Srinivasa Mudaliar executed a partition deed in favour of the applicant's father Kothandarama Mudaliar and the applicant's cousin brother Raja. Despite the same, the respondents without impleading the applicants in the Original Petition obtained an order fraudulently. 3.Mr.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Will is a forged one and the applicant is having interest over the property.

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
