ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.09.2012 passed in WP.No.24950 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Forest) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 14.09.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.37 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 18.03.2014 to that effect.
