The original contesting respondents are dead. Their L.R's are brought on record in A.Nos.3032 to 3038 of 2024.

2. A.No.3038 of 2024 has been filed to appoint the 7th respondent - Moses as Guardian of 8th respondent Minor Jenisha and 9th respondent Minor Mohit in the above original petition.

3. The first respondent died on 10.06.2021 leaving behind the following legal heirs:

1.

Kodiarasi Wife aged 45 years 2.

Manoj Kumar Son aged 28 years 3.

Nirmal Kumar Son aged 24 years 4.The 2nd respondent Manimaran died on 23.05.2022 leaving behind the following legal heirs:

Tamilselvi Wife aged 59 years 2.

Rajesh Son aged 36 years

5. Manimaran had another daughter namely Archana who pre deceased Manimaran. Mrs.Archana died on 17.05.2021 leaving behind the following legal heirs:

1.

Moses Husband aged 40 years 2.

M.Jenisha Daughter aged 9 years 3.

M.Mogith Son aged 6 years Hence they have been added as respondents 7 to 9 in the above case.

6. The respondents 8 and 9 are minors and they are under the care and custody of their father and natural guardian the 7th respondent herein. Hence these petitions are filed.

7. The factum of the death of the contesting respondents-A.Vetriselvan & A.Manimaran, in the original petition and their legal representatives are not in dispute.

8. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

9.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title, within a period of three weeks and list the matter before the learned Master No.II on 27.08.2024.

10. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee is hereby directed to appoint Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, Ms.No.1125 of 2008 (Mobile No.72990 88824) as counsel for the contesting respondents to appear before the Master No.II Court on 27.08.2024.

11. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, as learned legal-aid-counsel for the contesting respondents in the cause list.
