Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate and proper police protection to the vehicle, men and materials of the petitioner to ensure free ingress and egress of the vehicle and men of the petitioner to remove their raw materials, semi-finished and finished products as set out in the schedule herein and any material belonging to the petitioner from the Factory of the fourth respondent at Plot No.B-25 (A), SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Chennai - 601 201, without any obstruction or hindrance by the members of the third respondent-Union and preventing any unlawful activity by the members of the third respondent-Union,

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondent/Police submitted that the respondent/Police will provide necessary protection to the petitioner to remove all raw materials, semi finished and finished products as described in Page Nos.41 to 44 of the typed set of papers.

The learned counsel for the fourth respondent/SIPCOT submitted that the fourth respondent, who is the owner of the Factory, has no objection.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to provide necessary protection to the petitioner to remove all raw materials, semi finished and finished products, as described in Page Nos.41 to 44 of the typed set of papers, on payment of charges prescribed by the Police.
