ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 02.08.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by Murugesh against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.145 of 2016.

4. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint dated 01.08.2016 by post. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint before the respondent police, and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the cases and take action in accordance with law.
