ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.225 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur, thereby having taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 498A, 323 & 506(i) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.225 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
