ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed torelax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of police Steel plant police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders by this court in Crl.OP.No.13417 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions till date. He would further submit that the petitioner is moving constantly out of Salem for his avocation, unless the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed the petitioner will be put to serious prejudice and hardship. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.13417 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
