This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Docket order dated 08.04.2014 in I.A.No.321 of 2013 in O.S.No.70 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Villupuram. Page No.1 of 4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed a Memo dated 09.03.2022 stating that the subject matter suit has been disposed of as early as 24.08.2016 by the Lower Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. The said Memo dated 09.03.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed. 16.03.2022 Index :
