ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter Tharani F/A 32 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

years and Jayashalini F/A 27 years, D/o.Shanmugam before this Court, who has been illegally detained by the third respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenues. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Prima facie, we do not find any illegal detention involved. The third respondent is the divorced wife of the petitioner. The detenus are also major.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed with the direction to the second respondent to continue with investigation and trace the detenus as the petitioner is a person suffering from ailment and being desirous to see them.
