PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2013 and thereby cancel the patta stands in the name of the 4th respondent in respect of the property situated at Plot No.10, Dhayala Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai-99, in T.S.No.38/1, Block No.13 in Kolathur Village in bearing survey numbers, 34/3, 34/4, 34/5 and 34, 34/6 to an extent of 2327 sq.ft. and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to grant patta in respect of the above addressed property in the name of the petitioner immediately.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dt. 11.10.2013 and thereby cancel the patta stands in the name of the 4th respondent in respect of the property situated at Plot No.10, Dhayala Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai-99, in T.S.No.38/1, Block No.13 in Kolathur Village in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bearing survey numbers, 34/3, 34/4, 34/5 and 34, 34/6 to an extent of 2327 sq.ft. and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to grant patta in respect of the above addressed property in the name of the petitioner immediately.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instruction submitted that the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar has already issued patta in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
