This application has been filed to record the death of the 2nd respondent, C.Dhandapani Naicker and to recognize the 3rd respondent as one of his legal representatives and to bring on record is further legal representatives as 4th and 5th respondents.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been contended that the 2nd respondent, C.Dhandapani Naicker, had died on 12.11.2003. But however, his son is already on record as the 3rd respondent. 3.Taking that factor into consideration, this petition stands allowed.
