Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue Patta for the property bearing Door No. 2/213 comprised in Old Survey No. 259/16, New Survey No. 1316/11 measuring to an extent of 0.00.58 Ares situated at Ithalar Village, Kundah Taluk, Nilgiris District in the name of the Petitioner as per Form I Notice issued by the 1st respondent and based on the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.01.2015 to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to mutate the property tax and other records for the land and building bearing Door No. 2/213 comprised in Old Survey No.259/16, New Survey No.1316/11 measuring to an extent of 0.00.

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite Form - 1 notice having been issued few years before, followed by representations made on 23.01.2015, 29.01.2015 and 14.04.2015, no further steps have been taken towards the consideration of the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta with respect to the property bearing Door No. 2/213, Old Survey No.259/16, New Survey No.1316/11 at Ithalar Village, Kundah Taluk, Nilgiris District. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner referred to above as well as Form - 1 notice issued within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
