Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in Letter No.23033/EC.2/2014-3 dated 11.08.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the fourth respondent Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to the second respondent in Lr.No.TNPCB/Per/P6/038077/13 dated 03.12.2014 and to revise the Grade Pay of Environmental Scientist Rs.4,700 to Rs.5,100 retrospectively with all
consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary with interest, as it is done for the post of Assistant Engineer and Deputy Manager of TNPCB, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
