C.M.P.No.18338 of 2021 is filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 03.08.2015 made in C.M.A.No.2909 of 2013 and M.P. No.1 of 2013.

2.Mr.K.Varadhakamaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for restoring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, C.M.P.No.18338 of 2021 is ordered and C.M.A.No.2909 of 2013 and M.P. No.1 of 2013 are restored to file.

4.Registry is directed to post the C.M.A. for final hearing next week.
