The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the criminal case registered against him ended with an order of conviction. 2.The appeal preferred by the writ petitioner, challenging the order of conviction was set aside and the Appellate Court acquitted the writ petitioner from the criminal charges. In this regard, the writ petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondents, who in turn has not responded so far. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the writ petition.

4.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However,there shall be no order as to costs.
