(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12719 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Puducherry on first working day of every month at.10.30 a.m. until further orders.
