2. The learned Junior Counsel representing the applicant seeks for a short pass over. On the last hearing date, ie., on 13.12.2021, this Court has recorded the fact that the learned counsel for the applicant has been repeatedly seeking adjournments in this matter and also recorded that the Arbitration has not been initiated in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement till date.

3. It can now be inferred that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this application. Accordingly, this original application is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
