Having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the leave petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the petitioner to seek review of the common order dated 10.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 7356 of 2019 and W.P. No. 28266 of 2022, specifically in respect of paragraph 48 of the said order.
