This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 2 and 4 from disturbing 120 Cable TV connections in so far relates to Adi Dravidar Street, Gajanaickenpatti, Salem Taluk and District and consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 4 not to insist the Petitioner to pay higher amount than the prescribed amount fixed by the Government for Cable TV Network.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that as there is no compulsion from the respondents 2 and 4 insisting the petitioner to pay higher amount than the prescribed amount fixed by the Government for Cable TV Network, the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
