This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to convene Annual general body meeting in the month of December for every year as mandated in the Bye Laws or any other date as per the provisions of the Society Registration Act and conduct elections to the governing body of the 3rd respondent's society by appointing an observer. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
