2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that W.A.No.78 of 2021, has been filed against the order passed in W.P.No.34450 of 2019, dated 06.01.2020 and the petitioner has also filed a caveat in this case and appeared before the Court.

3. In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed.
