Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay pension, provident fund, GPF Death Benefit of the petitioner's husband and all other benefits to the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The husband of the petitioner, while working as Clerk in the services of the 4th respondent / Bank, died in harness on 25.12.2013, leaving behind the petitioner; 3 minor girl children and one of them is a special child. The petitioner, in this regard has submitted a representations dated 09.05.2014 and 11.03.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the terminal and retirement benefits as well as to provide compassionate ground appointment and the 2nd respondent, in this regard has also sent a communication to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 23.03.2015 submitted by the petitioner and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward by filing this writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.T.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate [Coop.]
who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader [Coop.] who accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 23.03.2015 and 01.07.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
