This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in W.P.No.14307 of 2005 to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority by 4 weeks from the date of order in this Miscellaneous Petition.

2.The time already granted by this Court on 27.07.2015 is extended for a further period of 30 days. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

3.This Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.
