COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Revision Case filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., prayed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 06.11.2014 and made in C.M.P.Nos.4748 of 2014 and 4747 of 2014 respectively in C.M.P.No.1653 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam and set aside the same and consequently directed the 1st respondent to hand over the vehicle to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled between the parties and the vehicle was also sold. Therefore, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous.
