Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 states that they have handed over possession of the premises. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 also states that the matter is settled between the parties.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
