This Court, while passing orders on 24.01.2025, issued a direction to the respondent / AG and OT to execute a Lease Deed in the name of Mrs.S.Kanchana, who is none else than the daughter of the original lessee, Mrs.E.Rajammal.

2. It is now represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the said Mrs.S.Kanchana is not the daughter of the original lessee Mrs.E.Rajammal, but a close relative of her.

3. Therefore, the opening paragraph of the order dated 24.01.2025 shall read as follows:

"This application is filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent / AG&OT to execute a Lease Deed in the name of Mrs.S.Kanchana, who is none else than a close relative of the original lessee, Mrs.E.Rajammal."
