Comp.A.No.1084 of 2014 in C.A.No.1035 of 2014 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that he has given change of vakalat long back.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the applicants has given change of vakalat long back, the applicant has not taken any steps to proceed with the matter, which shows that the applicant is not interested to prosecute the case.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending.

3.Hence, the present application is dismissed.
