ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding under section 145 of Cr.P.C. in Ku.Vee.Va.MC No.91 of 2013 (A3) on the file of the second respondent, as against the petitioners.
2. The petitioners filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against them under Section 415 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of December, 2013. The period for the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
