Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her daughter on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents on 25.04.2018 and the same has been forwarded by the first respondent to the 2nd respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her daughter, based on the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents on 25.04.2018.

2. Today, Mr.Lokesh Babu, GRI-PC 27318, V5 Thirumangalam Police Station, Chennai, is present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent police have issued a notice dated 12.06.2018, calling upon the petitioner for enquiry on 21.06.2018.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry and ensure that there is no law and order problem and no physical harm befalls the petitioner from the fourth respondent.
