Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner date Nil submitted to the first respondent and the same is forwarded to the second respondent made in No.O.Mu.33176/2017/A3 dated 09.11.2017 on humane consideration to secure the ends of justice.

O R D E R

The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner date Nil submitted to the first respondent for compassionate appointment.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner now brought to the notice of this Court that the representation submitted by the brother of the writ petitioner had already been considered and an order of rejection was passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in proceedings dated 16.06.2017. The brother of the writ petitioner submitted a representation already to provide appointment on compassionate grounds to the respondents. The said representation had already rejected in proceedings dated 16.06.2017.

3. This being the factum, no further direction is required to consider the representation submitted by the another legal heir of the deceased employee and accordingly, the writ petitioner or her brother is at liberty to initiate appropriate action in this regard.
