Ltd., Chennai, has filed the instant writ petition, to set aside the proceedings of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai dated 03.02.2003 made in M.A.No.277 of 2002 and for a direction to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, to extend time for the payment of the balance amounts.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.Sriprada Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled.

3. Mr.M.V.Vaidyanathan, learned counsel for Federal Bank Limited, Chennai, the 1st respondent herein, acknowledges the said submission.
