OA Nos.530,531 & 532 of 2021 in C.S.No.51 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J The order of interim injunction was passed by this Court on 01.10.2021. Thereafter, notices were served on the respondents / defendants and inspite of the same, they did not enter appearance. In the meantime, the suit summons has also been served on the respondents on 01.10.2021. An office note has been circulated to that effect. In view of the same, the interim orders passed by this Court on 01.10.2021 is made absolute and these applications are disposed of accordingly.
