Crl.M.P.No.8655 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.8655 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12125 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 22.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12125 of 2024 in para No.5 that "the petitioner shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, both must be a blood relative of the petitioners to the satisfaction of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the petitioners are siblings and they does not have to arrange the blood surety because their mother is arrayed as A1 in this case and the petitioner's father was died and none of them were in blood relative. Hence prays to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police has no objection.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified that "the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties, to the satisfaction of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore".
