2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3579 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28384 of 2024, dated 10.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Chennai on every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
