C.M.P.No. 13486 of 2024 in A.S.No. 164 of 2024 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, This C.M.P.No.13486 of 2024 is filed to extend the time to comply the conditional order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No. 5874 of 2024 in A.S.No. 164 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024.

2. As per the order dated 08.04.2024, the Appellant was directed to deposit 50% of the decree amount to the credit of O.S.No. 35 of 2021, on the file of the 2nd Additional District Judge, Vellore @ Ranipet within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. Now after a period of four months, this petition has been filed to seeking extension of time. Hence, finding no merits, the prayer is rejected and this Petition is dismissed.
