Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/10950/2013 dated 03.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Village Assistant at Poraiyur, Kallakuruchi.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 03.02.2014 and to direct the second respondent to appoint him in the post of Village Assistant at Poraiyur, Kallakuruchi.

respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's case would be considered sympathetically, when future vacancy arises. The said submission is agreed by the petitioner.
