Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pay the insurance claim made in Claim No.090631200390000067 dated 05.12.2020 payable and covered under the insurance policy No.71090631200300003406 (insured with comprehensive Enhanced covers) by compensating the petitioner with the cost of the damages he has already paid by disposing the Insurance Claim pending on the file of the second respondent, within a time stipulated by this Court. This writ petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to pay the insurance claim made in Claim No.090631200390000067 dated 05.12.2020 payable and covered under the insurance policy No.71090631200300003406 (insured with comprehensive Enhanced covers) by compensating the petitioner with the cost of the damages he has already paid by disposing the Insurance Claim pending on the file of the second respondent, within a time period that may be stipulated by this Court.
