This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thiruppathur, Vellore District in P.R.C.No.3 of 2010 and quash the criminal proceedings as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in the trial Court. However, during the pendency of this petition, it appears that the trial has been completed and verdict has been passed.
