This petition has been filed to Call for the records in C.C.No.4854 of 2013 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been convicted on 10.10.2015 in the above case by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
