O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to release the payment due to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,59,326.00 in respect of Agreement No.DR/TWAD/No.17/2010-2011 dated 30.04.2010.

2. The issues are crystalised in view of the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also has not disputed other issues.

3. In view of the fact that the due amount to be paid by the respondent to the petitioner is not disputed, elaborate adjudication is not required. Accordingly, the respondents are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to settle the payment due as admitted by them in their counter affidavit, i.e., Rs.1,87,417/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventeen only) along with interest at the rate of 4% per annum from the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of realisation of the money.

4. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
