(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent-Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2016 for issue of Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community Certificate to the petitioner and her minor son S.M.Sanjay and minor daughter M.Jayashree.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondent.

It appears that in connection with the issuance of "Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community Certificate", relying upon the transfer certificates issued by the school authorities in favour of the petitioner and her husband stating that they belong to Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community, she has applied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District seeking for issuance of such certificate to herself and her children, namely, Minor S.M.Sanjay and Minor M.Jayashree for the purpose of availing facilities and also for pursuing education. Since the said representation is pending consideration before the respondent authority, she has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to do the needful in this regard.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, we direct the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District, the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner for issuance of "Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community Certificate" to the petitioner and her children, namely, Minor S.M.Sanjay and Minor M.Jayashree, after holding enquiry as well as verification of the certificates issued to her family members, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
