Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Aanai No.6154/13/B7/Thanjai dated 19.11.2015 and the consequential notice of the 2nd respondent in Notice No.1, dated 19.10.2017 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to conduct the election as per the custom and usage of the Mosque i.e. selection by voice vote after obtaining the voters list from the Mosque.
