Cross Objection filed under Order 41 Rule 22 of Civil Procedure Code praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 09.11.2001, passed in A.S.No.22 of 2001, on the file of the District Judge and Appellate Authority of the Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 24.04.2001, passed in O.S.No.229 of 1995, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kotagiri, Nilgiris.
