Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in clause (iv) in the order dated 24.04.2015 in Criminal M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.247 of 2015, directing the petitioner to appear before the Learned Special Judge for offences under Prevention of Corruption Act cases, chennai on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHENNAI LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.RAJA, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed in Clause (iv) in the order dated 24.04.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.247 of 2015, directing the petitioner to appear before the Special Judge for Offences under P.C. Act Cases, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without any violation.

3.Considering the same, the condition No.iv imposed on 24.04.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge for Offences under P.C. Act Cases, Chennai once in three months i.e. on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
