It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there was a typographic mistake in paragraph Nos.3 & 6 of the order, dated 15.09.2021, which has to be corrected. 3.Accordingly, in paragraph Nos.3 & 6 of the said order, in the place where it is stated as ''partition deed bearing No.8294 of 2010'', it shall be read as ''partition deed bearing No.8284 of 2010''.

4. In all other aspects the order, dated 15.09.2021 shall remain intact.

07.01.2022 rm Note:Registry is directed to carry out the above correction and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
