O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summon dated 10.09.2020 issued by the 1st respondent under Sections 160(i) and 91 of Cr.P.C. on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
